Through the portal, customers can:
  • Measure service performance, including service port utilization
  • Monitor Global Cloud Xchange's network performance
  • Confirm and measure performance against SLA metrics
  • View monthly invoices
  • Open a ticket on any active service/service node
  • View any open ticket
  • View any closed/resolved tickets for the last 30 days
  • Resolve any ticket opened online
  • Contact the Enterprise Services Network Operations Center (ESNOC)
  • Order new services
  • Access documentation and reference materials
